N.H.D.C. continues to move very slowly in terms of kerbside collection of recyclable materials such as metals and plastics. Kerbside collection is the only realistic way of increasing domestic recylcing quotas.  |

Choney writes -Interestingly Mid Beds (I think- Stotfold) collect all of these plus cardboard, paper, envelopes, glass not only from the kerb but also from individual flats within a block! Wake up NHDC. |
